Owner is quick to respond, but what he is telling me is simply not the truth and the fact that I do not have my refund, after a full two week since they received the item, is the proof. Now, over two weeks later and many, many promises, no refund. I returned the item the next day and they received the return. I was charge immediately and that was fine. He is a really great sells person but does not like to give you your money back. The company is slow to follow through and the owner, who seems to be very friendly, looking back, is just pacifying you when there is a problem. I wanted to leave a positive review I really did! However, it is just not possible. I had paid the Ring for engagement and it delayed our event due to this sad situation with Brilliance. This company is doing unfair business practices with consumers. Do not fall for other reviews on this site or other site. Overall, I had a bad experience with this company. I have no money credited back to my credit card till date ( January 16,2023). I told that I must get refund, They finally cancelled my order and send me confirmation on Dec 29th.īrilliance management CEO /Owner Jonathan Ohayon sent me email claiming that he cancelled the order. ![]() After several days of calling to track delivery information. ![]() I called them and Lady name Shannon told me that oh someone would contact you from management. I did not understand their return policy." They never delivered the order past 24th either. I did not expect delays so I requested to cancel my order FOLLOWING DAY and But I was told, "we can not cancel your order and it would be shipped to you and then you can return, I would have ship it back to get credits". I placed order for Diamond engagement ring on Dec 8,2022 and I was promised that they would be deliver Engagement ring no later than Dec 24th.
